Discrimination at the Courtrooms
Discrimination is everywhere in the world and no matter how many people try to stop the discrimination of certain races, it will never really go away. You may think that discrimination is just in some areas but did you know that there is discrimination even at the courtrooms? There are many people in court who discriminate their peers and also those people who stand before the court pleading their case. It is really unfair for there to be judges and lawyers who are racist because it will be really difficult for people to win cases just because they are of a certain race or just because they have a different color of skin. When you come to look at this world and the people living in this world, there is a lot of discrimination and you probably have discriminated someone before already because of certain things.
The thought that you are better than others always leads to you discriminating other people because no one is really better than anyone when it comes to human beings because we are all created equal. Discrimination has been something that has been at the start and is still going on right now no matter how many times people tried correcting it. Yes, it is true that there are people who are smarter than others and there are people who are more skilled than others but this does not mean that you can go around and boast that you are a better person than others just because you have these skills. There are so many races out there that think that they are better than other races because they are richer and they are more good looking; while this can be true, it is not nice to pick on others just because they are poor or are not well off. There are actually a lot of people who think this way and this is really bad because it is discriminating to the other people.
If judges were racist, they can not really make fair judgments because they are racist against some people and this is really bad and must be stopped; the thing is, it is really hard to detect these kinds of discrimination. Winning a case is usually pretty easy especially if you are in the right but it becomes really hard to win a case when the judges are against you and if they are racist against you. If you think that judges and the people at court are free from bias and discrimination or anything like racism, you are mistaken because these people can be racist to these people who go to trial and who try to win their cases. If these judges and people in the court are like this, who will anyone win a case when the judge is racist against that person? There is not really much you can do about discrimination but you can try talking to people against it and see how they will react.
